How billing and renewal work
- Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
- Poéma Membership renews automatically at $20 each month or $149 each year, depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel.
- Your free period ends on its stated date. You’re only charged if you choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don’t, you simply continue as a Free Member.
- We’ll email you before your free period ends and before each yearly renewal.
- You can cancel anytime from your account. You won’t be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- All payments are non-refundable, including partial months or years.
Questions
What happens when my free period ends?
If you choose a plan, your Membership continues without interruption. If you don’t, you move to Free Membership. Your posts and replies stay in the Circle, and you can upgrade whenever you like.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can change plans from your account, and the new plan starts at your next renewal.
Is Poéma medical care?
No. Poéma is a place to learn and connect. It doesn’t replace care from a healthcare professional.
Do Poéma Professionals pay for Membership too?
No. Full Membership is included with verification.
