Quality & Trust

Poéma Clinician standards

Every Poéma Clinician agrees to Poéma’s standards. This is a public overview — expand each item to read more:

Clinicians maintain accurate, current credentials with Poéma and promptly report any change in licensure, certification, or professional standing.

All participation stays within the Clinician’s lawful scope of practice and applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory obligations.

Educational and coaching content is clearly distinguished from diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency support, or individualized medical care, and does not create a patient-clinician relationship.

Clinicians identify what a contribution is based on and communicate its strength, relevance, uncertainty, and limits honestly.

Clinicians are responsible for the integrity of what they publish or offer. Material inaccuracies are corrected, updated, or removed.

Content is written in plain, accessible language without oversimplifying to the point of being inaccurate or misleading.

Clinicians protect the privacy of Members, patients, and colleagues, and do not share identifying details or confidential information without consent.

Credentials, outcomes, and offerings are represented honestly, without exaggerated claims, guarantees, or misleading before-and-after comparisons.

Clinicians disclose relevant financial relationships, sponsorships, and conflicts of interest that could reasonably affect how their content or recommendations are viewed.

Where AI or other development tools assist in creating content, Clinicians remain responsible for its accuracy, appropriateness, and disclosure as applicable.

Clinicians use only content, images, and materials they own or have permission to use, and properly attribute the work of others.

Content is created with accessibility and inclusion in mind, so it can reach and serve a broad range of learners.

Clinicians engage with Members and other Clinicians respectfully, without harassment, discrimination, or demeaning conduct.

Clinicians may share their offerings, but not through spam, repeated unsolicited outreach, or high-pressure sales tactics.

Formal learning products and services follow Poéma’s applicable submission and review standards. This is not a claim of formal academic peer review.

Clinicians correct material errors promptly, cooperate with Poéma’s review and moderation processes, and remain responsible for their content and offerings over time.

These standards are a public overview, not the complete Clinician agreement. Detailed policies will be completed before the applicable capabilities launch.

Every piece of content goes through an editorial and plain-language review before publishing, and credential verification happens before your first piece goes live.

As a Poéma Clinician, your content is always attributed to your verified professional credential to maintain trust — Clinician verification is separate from Member privacy.

As much or as little as you’d like. Many Poéma Clinicians start with a single post, article, or microlearning module.

We’re building our Poéma Clinician compensation model during early access and will share details directly with applicants as our program develops.
