Anything that is, or could reasonably be seen as, individual care (assessing or diagnosing a specific person, directing treatment or medications, or creating care plans) moves off Poéma to the Professional’s own practice or the person’s own provider. Each Professional is responsible for keeping to this boundary.

Verified Poéma Professionals identify what a contribution is based on and communicate its strength, relevance, uncertainty, and limits honestly.

Verified Poéma Professionals are responsible for the integrity of what they publish or offer. Material inaccuracies are corrected, updated, or removed.

Content is written in plain, accessible language without oversimplifying to the point of being inaccurate or misleading.

Verified Poéma Professionals protect the privacy of Members, patients, and colleagues, and do not share identifying details or confidential information without consent.

Credentials, outcomes, and offerings are represented honestly, without exaggerated claims, guarantees, or misleading before-and-after comparisons.

Verified Poéma Professionals disclose relevant financial relationships, sponsorships, and conflicts of interest that could reasonably affect how their content or recommendations are viewed.

Where AI or other development tools assist in creating content, Verified Poéma Professionals remain responsible for its accuracy, appropriateness, and disclosure as applicable.

Verified Poéma Professionals use only content, images, and materials they own or have permission to use, and properly attribute the work of others.

Content is created with accessibility and inclusion in mind, so it can reach and serve a broad range of learners.

Verified Poéma Professionals engage with Members and other professionals respectfully, without harassment, discrimination, or demeaning conduct.

Verified Poéma Professionals may share their offerings, but not through spam, repeated unsolicited outreach, or high-pressure sales tactics.

Learning content and offerings are published without prior review, and Poéma doesn’t claim to review everything. Poéma may review them after publication: periodically, at random, and whenever a concern is raised.

Verified Poéma Professionals correct material errors promptly, cooperate with Poéma’s review processes, fix and repost any content Poéma unpublishes, and remain responsible for their content and offerings over time.

Verified Poéma Professionals don’t name organizations they work for or have worked for. They describe their experience in general terms, such as area of practice, role, and type and size of setting. A practice or business the Professional owns may be named once Poéma verifies ownership.
