Poéma Health respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to provide our educational content and community features, such as your name and email address when you sign up for early access or contact us. When you participate in the Poéma Circle, you may choose to use your real name or a chosen Member display name — your choice is always respected. Poéma Clinicians participate under their verified professional identity.

We never sell your personal information. Personal health details you choose to share in community discussions are visible to other community members according to the sharing option you select. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at founder@poemahealth.com.
